Welcome to my practice! I'm glad you are here. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2013 in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I received a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2013. I have post graduate training in Pregnancy Related Mood Disorders from Postpartum Support International, postgraduate training in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and other trainings in evidence based therapies for a variety of mental health issues you may be struggling with in your life right now.
