I can feel the butterflies in my stomach. I feel like I am about to run out of the room and/or have a panic attack. I am so worried about what people are going to say or think about me. I am trying to figure out my life and I don't know where to start. Is this the life I was meant to live? If any of these sentences apply to you, I am the right person to help you unpack your story. Learning how to manage anxiety and depression so that you can live the life you are meant to live are the people with whom I love working. I work people ages 14 and older. I love to work with teens struggling in high school socially or academically, young adults who are on their path to discovering their life's purpose and adult women who are rediscovering who they are or those that need some support for whatever life challenges are happening around them.
