Introduction

I’m a counselor and therapist in the state of Florida with specializations in helping both couples and individuals mend broken relationships and overcome issues such as: chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, postpartum depression, trauma, marital difficulties, life transitions, decreased self-esteem, anger management, stress management, dual-diagnosed (substance abuse and a mental illness) and symptoms of depression, or other challenges with their personal life. It's an incredible blessing for me to be a part of a person or couple's journey to their healing and happiness. When someone comes in feeling like their life is completely falling apart, and they leave our session feeling hopeful and with a fresh perspective, it’s been a great day for me. I see people when they are usually at their most vulnerable and it is an honor for me to be able to help them navigate through their journey of healing and empowerment.
