Introduction

I am so excited to announce we have extended our availability and hours! You can now schedule during the day from 10am through 6pm and there are evening appointments availability and some by request only on Saturdays. As a therapist it is my job to provide you with a level of support, provide you with guidance, improve relationships, help you find and teach you new coping skills / strategies for your anxiety, depression, trauma, or everyday life stresses. Not all of us have a “major disorder” to find a value in working with a therapist. I can provide you with a different perspective with personal growth, problem solving, conflict resolution, marital issues, or building your self-esteem. Our mission is to empower our clients to overcome personal struggles and challenges. Together we will develop personal goals to achieve your full potential and create stability in your day to day lives. Introduce yourself to prospective clients. We suggest adding how you got started, any treatment or client specializations, and how your services can provide a meaningful impact to clients.
