Introduction

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy professional with experience in both community agencies and the private sector. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am culturally sensitive, trauma-informed and an ally to LGTBQIA+. I am a certified specialist in treating anxiety and stress disorders, as well as a certified level 2 trauma treatment professional. I utilize a unique blend of different therapeutic modalities to create customized approaches to match client needs. I do not shy away from challenging work, and have dedicated a portion of my private practice work to treating trauma and infidelity recovery. I believe that clients do their best work when the therapist presents authentically as themselves in sessions. Trust and safety develop from knowing that the person you’ve entrusted with your healing journey is a real human being and not a therapeutic robot. You are safe and can be yourself with me.
