Introduction

As a latinx queer migrant, who was raised in the United States, in a predominantly Spanish speaking home surrounded by social and emotional adversities. My goal is to provide a secure transformative experience where we can connect and expand. An experiential based psychotherapist and Brainspotting Certified Practitioner; with over 15 years working in mental health field. My goal is to support your process from emotional dysregulation to emotional regulation. Increase your understanding of the natural flow of the brain and body processing. Provide the brain and body (an amazing efficient and effective system) with the opportunity to process blocks, negative patterns of behaviors, ect… Ultimately, facilitating healing and change so that you understand yourself more deeply with the attention and care you deserve.
