Introduction

I am a mental health therapist dedicated to helping children, youth, and adults reach their full potential. My approach is rooted in compassion for you as an individual, and I am prepared to assist you in overcoming life's most difficult challenges. Through a client-centered approach, we will collaborate to devise strategies that transform these challenges. Utilizing evidence-based techniques such as play therapy, sand tray, bibliotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), we will work together to deconstruct and reframe your thought patterns. I am here to help you on that journey and take the next step to launch you toward your new life and ready to take flight. I offer a 15-minute free consultation to discuss a plan and to be sure my therapeutic style is right for you. I am currently offering a hybrid approach either in person or virtually. I am looking forward to helping you grow and blossom in your journey.
