Through my work and life, I understand that not all things go as planned. Life changes- whether anticipated or not, can trigger intense emotions that make it challenging to navigate day-to-day life. It might make it difficult to find your inner peace or cultivate gratitude. Let me help you travel through those emotional bumps in the road, whether it presents itself as anxiety, depression, stress, or a combination of all of the above. I obtained my master’s degree in mental health counseling, worked for a couple of years and then went on to get my doctorate in clinical psychology. Along the way I moved states, provided psychological services in various settings, got married, and had a baby. With each bump and life curve; I have leaned into my training. Searching for empirically proven tools and research that has helped me manage my own challenging emotions. All that means, is that when we work together, our sessions are grounded in sound training and empathy.
