Transitions and change can be difficult and can often lead to feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and depression. These feelings are common responses to experiences like relationship/work stress and family conflict. The process of healing through pain is an individual and unique one and sometimes we struggle with our ability to effectively cope with the feelings that these experiences and life changes bring. You may find yourself in need of a little guidance and support and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe in that experience. Healing can be facilitated when you no longer feel like you are struggling alone. I have experience in treating adults, children, and families with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and family conflict. I utilize a person-centered approach along with expressive modalities like therapeutic art interventions and sand tray therapy. Additionally, I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I know it can be extremely difficult to surrender to the idea that you may need help. Wherever that decision leads you, I hope to provide that acceptance, empathy, guidance, and understanding that you need to get you where you want to be. Contact me if you think that working together would be a good fit for you!
