Throughout her career, Bianca has focused on breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and supporting others in achieving their personal goals. With over 11 years of experience, Bianca specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, those managing mood disorders, trauma recovery, anxiety, and families facing challenges together. She takes a holistic, solution-focused approach, helping her clients—both individuals and families—develop practical strategies to cope with stress, improve communication, and work toward their goals. Using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Bianca creates a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings, build emotional resilience, and discover their strengths.
