I work with adolescents and adults to help them to overcome the many struggles of life including, but not limited to, trauma, self-esteem, substance abuse, and symptoms related to psychosis. I combine the therapeutic techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in my work with clients. I strive to develop and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients to ensure they can feel comfortable in expressing their difficulties in a safe environment. My services will vary upon the client’s individual goals and needs. I maintain an evidence-based and person-centered approach to mental well-being and value the connection of the mind, body, and culture. I also value the strong impact of familial and social relationships on my clients’ daily interactions with others. I am passionate about helping others to discover their true authentic selves as they learn to overcome the many obstacles in life. I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to express themselves and grow into the person they strive to become. I am thankful and honored to undergo the journey of self-discovery with you.
