Get To Know Grecia Grecia Delgado is dedicated to providing support to individuals, couples, and families. Her primary focus is to assist clients in understanding, processing, and cultivating effective coping strategies for various challenges, including grief, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, cutting and self-harm, aging, and common developmental issues among adolescents and young adults. Grecia firmly believes in cultivating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to facilitate optimal outcomes during counseling sessions. She places a strong emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship, which serves as the cornerstone for fostering trust and acceptance which are essential for positive personal growth. Grecia was born and raised in Mexico and relocated to Oak Cliff at a young age. The substantial move across countries allowed Grecia to possess a profound understanding of the challenges associated with international migration. Through firsthand experiences, Grecia gained a deep understanding of the fears, uncertainties, cultural adjustments, language barriers, social marginalization and discrimination that is associated with moving to a new country. These personal experiences have ignited her unwavering commitment to advancing mental health awareness within the Latinx community.
