Hi, we are Therapy Haus Behavioral Health, a licensed behavioral health therapy program with over 30 years of collective experience. We specialize in helping people cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to help you find effective solutions for your challenges. We use evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and positive psychology to help you achieve your goals and improve your well-being. We try to focus on core beliefs and the impact of past trauma on approaches that individuals use as they approach understanding cognitive distortions. We believe in walking with clients through the thick-and-thin of their therapy journey and we are vehemently opposed to the current grift theme that takes place in therapy today. No pharma-bros here. Just real treatment. We are taking new referrals and we offer online portal and support through video sessions on top of in-office sessions. We work with all ages from 6-100 years old and do so with gusto. We hope you find the help you need and would love to be that starting point if you have never made the therapy journey before. OUR TEAM Bill Niehaus, LCSW owner and therapist. Services all ages Jessica Niehaus, LCSW co-owner and therapist. Services ages 18 and up.
