Introduction

As a licensed mental health counselor in Nebraska, I work with individual clients ages 19-65. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their journeys of growth and change. I have training and experience working with people from all walks of life who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, family and relationships challenges, work challenges, trauma and PTSD, grief, difficulties with life transitions, anger management, and low self-esteem. My first goal is to provide my clients a safe, non-judgmental place to be listened to and understood. Then, we will work together toward the change you seek, to become more of the person that you want to be and to live the life you really want to live.
