Introduction

Welcome to Bloom, where our co-founders and clinicians bring their unique blend of expertise and personal insight to support all of our clients through life’s challenges. With empathy, respect, and dedication, our team aims to create a safe space for individuals seeking meaningful change and healing. Allison Freeman, LCMHCA As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD therapist, Allison brings a uniquely personal and professional perspective to her work, specializing in helping high-achieving, perfectionistic individuals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck. Her neurodivergent-informed and affirming approach goes far beyond traditional talk therapy, integrating Coherence Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts work to uncover and transform deep-rooted emotional patterns. Allison is passionate about supporting high-masking neurodivergent individuals and anyone navigating the challenges of personal growth and relationships. With a compassionate, relatable approach, she creates a comfortable, low-demand space for her clients to explore the roots of their burnout, exhaustion, and overwhelm to reduce the complexities of daily life and live authentically. Catherine Bruce, LCSW-S Catherine is refreshingly real, unapologetically affirming, and unafraid to bring a bit of humor—dark or otherwise—into the serious work of therapy. She connects deeply with clients because she truly sees and values them, quirks and all. With years of professional expertise and personal insight into the exhausting and isolating grip of anxiety, Catherine has helped countless clients—from teens to older adults—find their way toward lasting relief. She also specializes in working with OCD, offering evidence-based strategies to break free from its relentless cycle. Her approaches blend clinical precision with a foundation of nonjudgmental support, offering tailored coping tools and a clear, personalized guide to empowerment and well-being. Both of us are here to honor and help you uncover your unseen strengths, guide you through each step of your journey to a better balance, and support you on your path to authentic, fulfilled living.
