I have experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma based disorders such as PTSD, relational issues, anger management, ADHD, and men's issues. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. I offer client centered, supportive counseling that will help reduce symptoms and guide clients towards healing. I can speak Spanish and love to explore the role of spirituality in change with clients. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults and their families.
