I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups as we work together to free ourselves from the struggles and suffering that keep us from living our life to the fullest. At times our lives can feel unmanageable and overwhelming. Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, unhealthy cycles, addictions, and other areas of our mental health can keep us stuck and unable to move forward freely. We start to lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel of our suffering. I am here to walk alongside you as we move toward that light.
