Bradi Bergesen

Behavioral Health Therapist Bradi Bergesen Counseling PLLC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma
Insurance: Aetna, Cigna, First Choice Health, Regence, Premera

Introduction

We can work together on issues such as improving your relationships, healing from past trauma, working through grief and loss, letting go of limiting beliefs, learning how to be compassionate with yourself, and taking control of your life. Regardless of where you are in life, or what is currently distressing you, change is ALWAYS possible if you are willing to put in the effort. My areas of interest include: how our beliefs shape our reality, being present in the moment, self-compassion, how stress impacts the body, letting go of worry, setting healthy boundaries, connecting to personal values, inner child work, tapping, turning dreams into reality, and being courageous, brave and vulnerable.
