Introduction

I'm not your typical therapist. I don't just put "approachable, nonjudgmental, transformative" at the top of my page to be showy. I truly practice with those things in mind. I may have gone through lengthy and specific education/training to be in the role I'm in, but that doesn't make me any better than you or the "expert" of your life. You're the expert of your life. You already have the tools in your toolbox needed to heal and flourish past whatever life stressors are bringing you to the therapeutic process. I'm just trained and skilled at using naturally flowing conversation to elicit the growth you're seeking. Judgement has no place in therapy. Period. I am honored you choose to trust me, so no way am I going to tarnish and ruin the therapeutic relationship by judging you and offering patronizing support. But I ask you trust the process and know I will always act with your absolute best interest in mind. Think of me almost like your personal cheerleader - relentlessly standing by your side until we collaboratively create a treatment plan that works for the goals you seek to achieve during the therapeutic process. Simply put, if you put in the needed vulnerability, trust, and engagement in your therapeutic journey, you will absolutely be transformed. I'm ready to invest in you ... Are you ready to invest in yourself?
