I am a behavior health therapist who specializes in helping people overcome adversity and ultimately live their best lives. My work focuses on unlearning coping strategies that are no longer effective, and learning new, more appropriate strategies to deal with life's stressors more effectively. I take a collaborative approach with my clients where the therapeutic relationship is the basis of our work together.
