Introduction

Living your life in the past brings depression, living your life in the future brings anxiety, and living your life in the moment brings PEACE. A dedicated BIPOC therapist LCSW, founded a private practice in 2022. Specializing in supporting individuals through worries, depression, and relationship challenges, I am committed to creating an inclusive and healing space for diverse experiences on the path to well-being My therapy style is collaborative, although pleasant and educational. I believe in being truthful with my clients. I believe in treating them with respect and compassion. Healing the mind with knowledge is power. Calming the body with grounding and mindfulness techniques is key. Naming and taming those emotions will create peace and harmony between mind body and spirit.
