Introduction

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who graduated from Liberty University in August 2024 with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I approach counseling with compassion, collaboration, and a focus on each client's unique needs. Utilizing a person-centered and integrative approach, I tailor the therapeutic experience to help clients achieve their goals in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating substance use concerns, teens adjusting to life transitions, and those who need support in managing anxiety, depression, or PTSD-related symptoms. My professional background also includes ten years as a corrections officer, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by first responders and individuals in high-stress roles. I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space, and to helping clients explore their experiences and work toward greater balance and well-being. I am committed to walking alongside each client on their path to healing and growth.
