Introduction

It takes courage to seek a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled version of yourself, and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that next step we are here to support and empower you. We look forward to working with you! OUR GOAL is to assist individuals in finding a safe place to focus on their journey to wellness by providing practical and accessible solution focused options, including therapy, life coaching, education, and information. To offer excellent, affordable, and accessible Telehealth Services. We want to provide affordable and accessible services and we try to eliminate as many barriers to mental and emotional health as we can. OUR VALUES: Love is Love - No Human is Illegal - Bodily Autonomy is Essential, Religious Freedom is Essential in allowing us to believe and practice as we choose and preventing us from imposing our beliefs on others. Science is Real, Diversity Makes Us Stronger, oh...and...Pets ARE Family Sessions with Dan can be conducted in person in an office setting, or via telehealth. Sessions with Michelle are conducted via a secure platform, Simple Practice. Our clients have access to a patient portal which includes their therapy record. BENEFITS OF TELEHEALTH: Telehealth increases accessibility of healthcare services through cost-effectiveness, which we are able to pass on to our clients, and by reducing the need to travel to reach a provider. Being able to attend sessions in your home, workplace, etc. reduces both monetary (i.e. no need to pay for transportation) and physical cost, making therapy more accessible to those with mobility and other health-related concerns. In rural areas with few available providers, the option of telehealth therapy can also increase confidentiality by providing access to therapist outside of your immediate geographic area.
