Introduction

I am a therapist committed to helping my clients learn, grow and explore their own healing. My work focuses on challenging those irrational, overly judgmental beliefs that have been instilled within us due to societal norms and past experiences. I believe in a trauma-informed, non-judgemental and person-centered approach using my background in TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS and CBT lens models. I am passionate about helping my clients find a deeper understanding of themselves, working on self-forgiveness and exploring their own path in life.
