Introduction

Greetings! I want to first congratulate you on taking your first step towards change. Change is not always easy. It can leave us feeling broken, defeated, misunderstood or invisible. There may have been times where you struggled with every day responsibilities, felt hopeless or felt alone with unwanted thoughts. Well, this does not have to last always. My goal is to help heal wounds and embrace the beauty that we were created to be….with grace. The beautiful thing about the brain is its ability to adapt to change, adapt to new experiences, reorganize and grow. I am a licensed professional counselor-associate with a specialty in trauma. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I provide counseling and EMDR services that focus on a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, PTSD, coping skills, self-identity, sexual assault, domestic violence, stress and self-esteem. Allow yourself to share your story, create meaning, and heal in a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming environment. I am honored to be able to take this journey with you and eager to find out where it takes us. Always remember, you are worth fighting for.
