Introduction

“We all need to be seen and honored in the same way that we all need to breathe.” - Brené Brown. My primary focus in the room is to make you feel seen and honored. I approach counseling from a relational perspective; our therapeutic relationship is the most important thing to create. When you can feel safe, trusting, seen, and honored, healing and change can begin. I seek to support my clients in experiencing this in their relationship with myself and how to find this with others.
