Introduction

Accepting new clients! Feeling like you can't manage your anxiety, depression, or trauma- related stress in ways that allow you to engage with your life fully and be present? Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? I’m here to help you engage with your mental health in a meaningful way, and find practical and realistic coping strategies so that you feel better. You cant manage your anxiety by 'just staying calm.' You cant manage your depression by 'just being positive.' And you cant manage trauma by 'just getting over it.' You'll learn realistic coping strategies that actually make sense, and allow you to finally reengage with your life. I provide specialized psychotherapy services tailored to individuals facing challenges with mood disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar, and trauma-related stress disorders, as well as co- occurring substance use disorders. I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, ACT Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to elicit positive change. I am committed to providing high- quality, compassionate care, where you feel safe to participate in the process of self- understanding, healing, and personal growth! My practice philosophy is rooted in the belief that real change happens when you interact with your mental health, your past, or with unfavorable life circumstances in a purposeful way.
