Introduction

I graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2017 where I obtained my masters in Counseling and Guidance. I have nine years experience in working with children, adolescents, and families struggling with mental health including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and social relationships. As an LPC, I continue to work with adolescents and adults while expanding my skills in private practice. My approach is person-centered as every individual comes with their own strengths/uniqueness. I guide with compassion, empathy, and understanding while utilizing evidence based practices. My goal after each session is for you to be able to feel a sense of comfort, relief, and a sense of empowerment to take on life's challenges.
