Through various life experiences, I discovered a passion for mental health care and pursued a Masters in Counseling at Saint Martins University. I completed my clinical internship at Community Youth Services, in Olympia, Washington, and have experience working with individuals, families and at risk youth. My training incorporates a social justice and trauma informed approach to counseling. ​
