My approach to therapy is practical, interactive and values-oriented. My goal is to provide nonjudgemental support, along with feedback and direction, in order to help clients resolve current struggles and find a path forward toward living meaningful and satisfying lives. I utilize an empirically-supported form of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The implementation of this evidence-based treatment is in service of helping individuals engage in skillful means and live with intentionality and vitality. When appropriate, I may draw from other empirically-supported therapies. More information at briangoffphd.com
