Introduction

Having worked in numerous and diverse mental health facilities with people of all ages, including group home, long-term inpatient, Partial Hospital, and IOP, I use a modern psychoanalytic approach in my private practice for treating symptoms pertaining to today's mental health challenges. Following the contact while working with a person’s transference and resistances, helps to develop a treatment alliance while fostering a strong therapeutic relationship. Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC’s) are qualified to help in many areas including anxiety, work/life balance and stress, depression, grief, relationships, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar disorder, trauma, addictions and more. Nationally Certified Psychoanalysts (NCPsyA) specialize in helping people become aware of, and explore unconscious motivations, to better understand the root of repetitious patterns in their lives. Finally, drawing from 15 years of previous business and corporate environment exposure in the Information Technology field, I have created a therapeutic perspective specialty in the area of understanding the stresses faced by modern professionals and their families.
