Introduction

Having worked for several years in both residential and outpatient settings, I have seen firsthand the impact pain and suffering can have on the human spirit. Through non-judgmental, affirming and confidential therapy, I help both adults and teens take achievable steps towards wellness and growth. I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds and identities. Some areas I specialize in are men's issues, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, emotional regulation and mood disorders, gender and sexuality, LGBTQ+ identity, life transitions, faith and spirituality and trauma recovery. My practice encourages clients to understand their lives and their struggles holistically, in the context of their past and present experiences and through the lens of mind, body, spirit and relationships. Using a combination of psychodynamic and emotion-focused approaches, I offer techniques to increase body, emotion and thought awareness to help you heal. I am currently accepting new clients, and would love to discuss your needs through a free 15 minute consultation. Please do not hesitate to contact me and we can take the next step in healing together.
