There is often not enough time in the day to accomplish our goals and care for ourselves. Responsibilities and commitments can be overwhelming. Raising children, pursuing career advancement, helping aging parents, retirement and coping with losses can leave us emotionally depleted. Such stressors and setbacks can feel even more difficult to manage with the state of affairs in the world. These are challenging times and working with a skilled psychologist can help you navigate life with success. I'm Dr. Brian Wilson. I'm a licensed psychologist and owner of Tampa Palms Psychology. "Very few therapists, in general, have the breadth of experience and expertise in the treatment of trauma as Dr. Wilson. Very few psychologists, in particular, also have his level concern for clinical care and ethical standards on behalf of clients. I am pleased to count him among my most trusted colleagues."-Michael J. Poff, MA, MSW, The Carter-Jenkins Center for Psychoanalytic Studies There is hope and joy to be had despite the challenges you face. Please contact me if you would like to schedule a consultation.
