I wholeheartedly believe that each individual possesses, within themselves, the ability to grow and change. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are and help you along on your journey. Life pulls us in many directions and it is my belief that the therapeutic process should help you cope and move fluidly through the good, the bad, and the ugly. I don’t want to waste your valuable time with therapist cliches - “and how does that make you feel?” I believe each counseling theory has its strengths and its weaknesses, but I choose to focus on the strengths and pull them all into my integrated approach. Theories I reference are; Jungian, Rogerian, Adlerian, Existentialism, Phenomenology, Humanism, as well as taking the time to understand your cultural, spiritual, and religious practices. The therapeutic process is a journey we take together, therefore I take the time to ensure it’s tailored to your specific needs.
