Introduction

Hello! My name is Brianna (she/her), I intertwine my experience as a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, perpetual student, community organizer, and my own mental health journey, along with my cultural identity as an Arab American and child of immigrants into my holistic healing practice. In therapy, I aim to provide an inviting and empathetic environment that allows you to access tools to cope with stressors; understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns; set healthy boundaries and improve communication to fuel connection; step into your emotions, as uncomfortable and painful as those might be; and understand how trauma has impacted your body. I use techniques from multiple modalities, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, and feminist therapy, while always adding a multicultural and anti-oppressive lens. We will collaborate to tailor an approach that best addresses your needs where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Please reach out for a free consultation call if you are interested in working together!
