Brianna Kirwan is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MAMFT), who holds both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Medaille College. Brianna believes that it takes courage to engage in the therapeutic process and applauds anyone willing to take the next steps in making positive changes in their life. In the therapy room, Brianna works respectively to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for her clients. Her clinical approach to therapy is client-centered, responsive and compassionate; she focuses on meeting people where they are in their journey. Brianna strives to help her clients recognize and use their strengths to shift perspectives, overcome challenges, and build self-awareness and confidence.
