We all need help and support during various points in life, and I honor your radical courage in seeking out a therapeutic relationship. If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, recovering from trauma, or navigating a life transition, I can help guide you to greater ease in body, mind and spirit. Blue Heron Healing is anchored in Jungian psychology, mindfulness practices, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, radical compassion, interactive guided meditations, neuroscience, and ecopsychology.
