We all need help and support during various points in life, and I honor your radical courage in seeking out a therapeutic relationship. Blue Heron Healing is anchored in the writings of Carl Jung, mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, dream work, wisdom traditions, neuroscience, and relational ecotherapy.
