I am an LMSW, and yoga and meditation teacher just returning to Arizona a few months ago after many years doing tele-health while traveling the world. I have been providing support to individuals for most of my life, but finally got the letters behind my name almost three years ago (: I come from a person-centered, empowerment perspective, often utilizing mindfulness and grounding practices and am passionate with working with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, different relationship styles, kink and individuals who live life outside of societies box.
