Introduction

Hello! I am a strength-based, trauma-informed psychotherapist and I work with adults, adolescents and families. I believe that we all have innate strengths that we can rely upon to help get us through tough situations, but that sometimes we need additional support to make the changes we would like in our lives. I specialize in providing support for anxiety, including OCD and phobias, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative and I welcome talking with you. Please reach out to discuss how I can best support you at this time.
