Introduction

The journey to becoming a parent is full of twists, turns, and sometimes dead ends. At the end of the journey most expect to find a new little human in their life, but there is another person most don’t expect to find. A new version of YOU. This can be the hardest part. I’m here to help you navigate this journey. I’m a sleep deprived new mom and have lived experience with fertility issues. I am also Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist. I specialize in reproductive mental health specifically for those with fertility issues, pregnancy/infant loss, and birth trauma. Im located in Spokane, WA for in-person and see clients virtually who are living in Washington and Idaho.
