Introduction

Hi, I'm Brit. I'm a neurodivergent and highly sensitive expressive arts therapist. I support folks in Asheville and virtually throughout NC. I focus on working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, low self-worth, sensory sensitivities, and grief or loss. I bring a creative approach to my therapy practice by using drawing, painting, writing, and other art processes to help you experience, express, and understand your emotions. My goal is to support you in taking creative action to improve your mental health. I offer a 20 minute free call or text consultation to explore whether I might be a good match. If you would like to learn more about how I can support you or someone you love, send me a message. I look forward to connecting with you!
