I work with children, adolescents, parents, and families as they practice improving their mental health. I enjoy working with children beginning at age 7, adolescents, and adults. By using the family systems approach, I have a clear understanding of how an individual experiencing difficult peer relationships, traumatic events and transitions, bullying or school stress can affect an entire family system. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, it is important to me to help support individuals who are working to identify their most authentic self. I work to help clients improve their communication with parents and their support system so that they receive the support necessary to thrive.
