Hi, my name is Britt and I have a passion for helping others reach their mental health goals, being resilient, and prioritizing their well-being. My approach to therapy is building a strong therapeutic rapport and allowing a safe space for clients to express themselves. Growth comes from accepting change and learning how to cope with difficulties while trusting the journey to getting better. I hope to help my clients through the various journeys they take in life. I work with children (ages 10+), teens, and adults with a focus on treating anxiety, sports performance anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and grief. Through a collaborative effort, my focus is helping clients process their situations and implement healthy coping strategies to decrease symptoms. As a former dancer and cheerleader, I understand that athletes often struggle with motivation, anxiety, and depression while playing sports. I also work with athletes on building a healthy relationship with their chosen sport while completing their competition goals.
