Britta is an Associate Licensed Master Social Worker. She specializes in trauma and violence. She has over 5 years of experience in medical and clinical case management. Britta also has 2 years of in-person and virtual clinical practice. Britta’s mission is to help individuals and give educated care. She offers safe and supportive care for those committed to taking control of their lives. She helps them make healthier decisions. Since 2013, Britta has had the privilege of working with clients within a variety of roles and settings. Recently Britta worked as an outpatient licensed therapist at a community health agency with high acuity clients. Brits past experience working with a diverse population and multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary teams allows her to offer quality treatment and individualized care. Britta has been trained in Sand tray, Positive Psychology, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Motivational Interviewing. Her preferred practice is to use a strength-based, trauma-focused talk therapy, and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Britta works best with clients who are 18-30 years of age, 1st Gen clients, BIPOC, and LGBTQA+ clients.
