Introduction

Hello. I have been in private practice since 2015. I enjoy working with children and adolescents aged 10 and older, college aged students, and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, trauma-related symptoms, life stressors, parenting and do parenting concerns and co-occurring disorders. I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are and walking with my clients along their journey towards growth and change. I am trained in evidenced-based practices to treat Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and more. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to work on whatever goals you have for yourself and/or your family.
