*currently not accepting new clients* *clinician will be unavailable from 8/22/24 - 10/14/24* As a systems and relational clinician, I understand the innate desire to experience authentic connection and a deep sense of belonging in our relationships and within ourselves. I recognize each person's life experiences to be unique. Because of this, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and strive to foster a strong therapeutic alliance founded on trust and honesty. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore and navigate the concerns that bring you to therapy, empowering you towards greater self-awareness, more authentic connection, and ultimately self-actualization. I consider myself an integrative therapist, and I utilize many styles of therapy, but lean heavily into humanistic, emotionally-focused, and narrative approaches. I believe in the power and influence of our relationships, alongside the stories we tell ourselves. By understanding and exploring your emotions, experiences, thoughts, and behaviors within the context of your personal, cultural, and relational narratives, we can gain insight into the underlying causes of your challenges and work towards repositioning ourselves within these stories. I am a Master of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy candidate at Syracuse University, where I'm also completing my advanced certificate of study in Trauma-Informed Practice. Concurrently, I am pursuing my AASECT Sex Therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, partners, polycules, and families from all backgrounds and walks of life. My interests include infidelity/affairs, desire differences, porn, sexuality exploration, CNM/ENM relationships, blended families, LGBTQIA+, sexual trauma, sexual "dysfunction", body dysmorphia, modern dating, and kink communities. I’m dedicated to providing a respectful, non-judgmental, and affirming space for all clients to explore their sexuality and relationship dynamics. I see clients virtually in Texas, Colorado, and Utah.
