Introduction

Welcome, and thank you for taking the step to seek support. In our work together, I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches to best meet your unique needs. My practice incorporates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychoanalytic techniques. I believe deeply in the philosophy that everyone has the potential to heal and grow with the right support. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space is central to my approach, as it allows for open exploration and genuine self-discovery. My hope is for you to feel confident that your experiences and emotions are respected. DBT can offer you practical skills to manage intense emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. CBT focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, helping you develop healthier ways of thinking and behaving. Meanwhile, psychoanalytic therapy delves into understanding how past experiences and unconscious processes shape your current My goal is to help you navigate your journey towards healing by providing compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we will work towards your personal growth and well-being in a supportive and empathetic environment.
