Introduction

Hello and welcome! My name is Brittany Hopkins, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I am also approved to provide telehealth services to clients located in the state of Florida. My goal as a therapist is to help clients identify and utilize their strengths while also challenging them to try new approaches that can lead to different experiences. I do this by giving clients a safe, supportive and non judgmental space to explore what's really going on their lives. I help clients develop insight around their struggles and patterns, and help them identify and practice real ways to move forward and make meaningful changes. I provide therapy for individuals facing a wide variety of concerns, but I have a specific passion for working with clients facing life transitions, women’s issues, relationship issues, substance use disorders, eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. I enjoy helping clients develop self compassion as they identify and harness their unique strengths. *** I offer free initial phone consultations. You will see in my online booking, that there are certain times available for these consultations.
