This past year has been extremely challenging, tiring, and heartbreaking so perhaps, it’s time for a mental and emotional check-up. You may be dealing with feelings you’ve never experienced before on top of having to show up for yourself, friends, family, loved ones, and work. Life is hard on its own, not to mention having to navigate work, school, friendships and other relationships, family, and a pandemic. It can be overwhelming and spark fear, anxiety, depression, and conflict in everyone. Therapy can be a place where you recognize and confront those feelings and thoughts while also striving to be the person you want to be and making changes in your life and relationships. I enjoy working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, communication issues, as well as family of origin trauma. I believe in meeting people where they are. I work to create a space for honesty, empathy, and grace while giving you the push you need and teaching you how to sit in and deal with those uncomfortable feelings and hard times. You’re here because you want to make some kind of change in your life and things have gotten to be just a little bit too much to handle right now. It can be a scary and daunting task to reach out for help and begin therapy. It won’t be easy and it won’t always feel good but let’s see about carving out some space and time to start your journey of healing and enhancing your life and relationships
